My name is Clare Thompson and I am a teacher at Cedar Lodge Special School, North Belfast.
Myself and a colleague were out for a walk today with a pupil around the North Circular Road, just off Antrim Road. On our walk, our pupil became quite startled and distressed from the sound of the machinery that some of your staff were using at a house.
I just wanted to send an email to pass on my thanks and appreciation to the two men from your company who accommodated to us by turning off the machinery to limit the noise and help us when our pupil became stressed. One of the men stopped traffic to help us cross the road which meant we were fully supporting our pupil. Accommodation and kindness like this can be rare to find now and I just wanted to highlight my gratitude to them.
